These materials will remain available until the submission deadline of February 28 (EDIT: Extension has been made to extend the deadline to March 3rd at 2pm -- please see Addendum 1). An optional informational meeting for prospective offerors will be held on February 3 to address questions and provide additional details. We look forward to your participation in this important project.
